Dormitory-Style Accommodation
In addition to exclusive hotel rates, Columbia Conference Housing is offering dormitory-style accommodations in the undergraduate living halls for ELSIcon2024.
Nightly housing costs are $80 per person per night, and include an array of amenities. Columbia Conference Housing provides linen rental packets that include a pillow, pillowcase, blanket, flat sheet, fitted sheet, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth for an additional one-time rental fee of $60. As IDs are needed to access the residence halls, there is an added one-time ID production fee of $20.
Available check-in times will begin on June 9, before the commencement of ELSIcon2024 on June 10. If you are interested in this option of accommodation for ELSIcon2024, please register your interest by submitting this form by March 15, 2024. (Submission of this form does not constitute booking accommodation or guarantee housing, do not submit an additional request form through Columbia Housing).
