Grace K. Morris, MA
- Program Director
Grace Morris completed her master's degree in sociology at Northeastern University. Prior to her work at Columbia and CERA, Grace worked as Director of Research Training and Development at the Institute for Collaboration on Health Intervention and Policy at the University of Connecticut. Grace is a research development professional specializing in public health and the social sciences. She has expertise in program development and evaluation.

Faryn Fairweather, MPH
- Program Coordinator
Faryn Fairweather, a public health professional with experience in the nonprofit sector and city government, holds an MPH in Sociomedical Sciences and Infectious Disease Epidemiology from Columbia University, and a BS in Community Health with a minor in Psychology from George Mason University. She brings a wealth of experience spanning nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and city government. Her interests lie in health disparities, educational equity, and social justice.

Danielle Carmichael, BA
- Administrative Manager
Danielle Carmichael, BA, is the current Administrative Manager for the Division of Ethics at Columbia University. She graduated with a degree in Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. Before her current role, Carmichael worked at Weill Cornell Medicine, which marked the beginning of her professional involvement in healthcare. Later, she transitioned to Columbia University's Department of Neurology, where she gained exposure to Bioethics.

Felicia Reid, MPS
- Senior Communications Specialist
Felicia Reid, MPS is the the Senior Communications Specialist for the Division of Ethics at Columbia University. She holds a Master’s in Design Management and Communications from Georgetown University, an undergraduate degree in Information Systems at Brooklyn College, and completed a graduate-level graphic design training through NYU. Over the past decade, she has worked across nonprofit and healthcare spaces, leading communications that blend strategy with empathy.

Rachel Yarmolinsky, MS
- Special Projects Advisor
Rachel Yarmolinsky currently serves the Division as an advisor for special projects, having retired as Program Director. Formerly a communications director at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and a regulatory specialist at the Columbia University Human Research Protection Office, completed an MS in Bioethics at Columbia University in 2014. Her interests include the challenges of providing healthcare in an unjust society, research on ethical questions in medicine, and how to encourage ethical behavior. Ms. Yarmolinsky is experienced in program planning, event and meeting planning, science writing, graphic design, and media relations. She is a member of the Adult Medical Ethics Committee at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/CUIMC, a member of the Human Services Committee of New York City’s Community Board 2, and a member of the board of Science Writers in New York.
